PNG Ultra 39 vs. PNG Super 45

PNG Ultra 39 has the new rate plan that offers cheap rates for International and In-state with 3.9¢ per minute state-to-state calls with 1-minute increments. There is a $2.50 billing fee if the usage is less than $15/month, but there is No monthly fee with usage over $15/month.

While the PNG Super 45 gives you a 4.5¢ per minute with 6-second billing increments and has no monthly fees or minimums. The plan also offers cheap In-state and International rates. Both plans are 100% digital fiber optics and have 24-hour customer service so you can give them a call anytime, anywhere.
