Speed Dial 8 is a feature that allows you to register phone numbers that are frequently called on your touchtone phone from numbers 2 to 9. Once programmed, Speed Dial 8 will dial the number with a touch of a button and will work from any phone in your home.

Dial the code *74 and listen for the second dial tone.

1. Press any one-digit code (2 to 9)
   
2. Enter the phone number you would like that code to represent.
   
3. When you hear two short tones, that code and number are now programmed into your Speed Dial system.
   

For Example:

Dial *74 then press 2 (the digit you want it assigned) then 1 for long distance then 808 for the area code and then the phone number 123-4567. It will be like dialing *74-2-1-808-123-4567.

Once 2 is pressed it will automatically dial 1-808-123-4567.
