be interrupted during this time. To confirm that you have been switched, dial this
toll-free verification number: 1-700-555-4141, from your registered line. Once you
are connected, you will hear a welcome message from the Qwest network. If
you are not switched after 10 business days, please contact our sales office at:
1-800-293-7658. Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday 10
am to 4 pm, and Sunday 10 am 2 pm Pacific Standard Time.
