They can be used from anywhere within the U.S. The calling card rate is 9.9 cents per minute and an additional .65 per call if used from a pay phone Same super low INTERNATIONAL and Intra-state rates!


Service not available in Hawaii and Alaska. All calls to Hawaii are 16.9¢ per minute and all calls to Alaska are 16.9¢ per minute.
