International Call


Placing an international call is easy. If you are using direct dial as your long distance carrier just dial 011 + the country code + the city code and the phone number that you are calling.

Example:
You are calling Tokyo, Japan with phone number 123-4567.
Identify the country code for Japan – 81
Identify the city code for Tokyo – 3
Then dial 011+ 81 + 3 + 123-4567

Direct dial is so easy to use and it can save you sums of money every time you make an international call. If you are using operator assisted call, then you are spending too much. Call your long distance carrier to verify their rates.
